My breakfast this morning! 4 Omega-3 Eggs Omelet ... mixed or seasoned with lemon peel, honey, low fat milk, marjoram, curry powder, red pepper, thyme, shredded cheddar cheese, dill weed, raisins, and basil. 8 strips of turkey bacon. 8 ounce glass of chocolate milk, with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar (something new that I started 4 days,ago). An 8 ounce glass of green tea. By the end of the day, I will have drank, at least, eight - 8 ounces of water.
