Hi, everybody! Since, I had fallen off my healthy eating wagon, I made a promise to myself (Not a New Year resolution), to start eating 100% healthy, starting the New Year. So far, so good! I fell off the wagon, because I was not going to short myself on my birthday (Nov.), then Thanksgiving, Christmas, AND New Year's Eve ... can you blame me? Anyway, tonight, since I slept through breakfast, lunch, and almost dinner ... yes, I didn't feel that well; AND I was tired! I made myself a BIG HEALTHY meal! A huge omega-3 egg omelet (with raisins, honey, mild shredded cheddar cheese), seasoned with herbs and spices (cinnamon and nutmeg, included); several slices of turkey bacon, and cuties ... and my drink, besides water, a glass of iced green tea! 3 meals in one ... lol. At least, that's what I'm telling myself! Either way, it was good; and it hit the spot. Oh, and, although, I'm cold, I do feel much better.
