Dinner time! YES! Went without eggs for a whole week ... waiting for my special night, that I planned for myself. My doctor said that I'm not to eat no more than 6 eggs per week. AND, ALL day, I had ONLY drank water, and green tea (I'm diabetic, so had to keep my sugar up). Now, I am sitting down enjoying a 6 omega 3 egg omelet (with turkey bacon bits, honey, raisins, mild shredded cheddar cheese; seasoned with cinnamon, nutmeg, and herbs), several turkey bacon strips, and 2 cuties!
